But I get stressed over the thought of getting up on my feet and traveling for miles on end. How does one motivate themselves to get up and move? What is it that you tell yourself that makes you want to get out in the elements and walk? I even tried a treadmill so I didn't have to get out in the sun or cold and it is so boring I can't force myself to get on it.
