They say walking is a stress reliever

But I get stressed over the thought of getting up on my feet and traveling for miles on end. How does one motivate themselves to get up and move? What is it that you tell yourself that makes you want to get out in the elements and walk? I even tried a treadmill so I didn't have to get out in the sun or cold and it is so boring I can't force myself to get on it.

here is my take on the situation,

if i offered you 200 bucks to walk you would do it because the incentive is great,

so the fact that you dont wanna do it is laziness, and comfortability,

now,  if you know that it will help you mentally to get rid of stress and to breathe fresh air and to around a different scenery is always healthy especially if the sun is out because the sun heals as well, knowing that you have to do it in the beginning push yourself and within 2 weeks you will see a difference and you will certainly feel different ,

by then the motivation will be there and you will not have to force yourself to do it, you will wanna do it.....

having a pet always helps walking but dooable without it......

now act and make a move to better the quality in your life on many different levels.......

thanks
