Haver you ever tried the Walk Away The Pounds DVD series with Leslie Sansone? Did you like it? We would love ot know your thoughts.

I will admit - I'm not a huge DVD person, but I know a few of the ladies on the Getting fit in Your 30's board LOVE the DVDs and use them quite often!

I started with her 8 months after I worked on my reducing.
I still use her walks everyday.

I love the WATP DVDs! I like that it's uncomplicated, and that you don't need a lot of equipment to do it. I like that there are a variety of walks to do.

Uncomplicated-that is a good description! I too love this DVD series as you can find a DVD in any level to suit your mood. :)
