Is walking or jogging better for you?
That is a good question and one that I went through and looked through a variety of sources to find the answer too. According to most experts, inactivity is the our biggest enemy so either walking or jogging would have great health benefits. Jogging burns more calories quicker but walking is less stressful on your joints so take your pick and do whichever you are most comfortable with. :-)

Personally, I'm more comfortable walking and can do that longer and on a more regular basis. So walking is my own personal choice... plus I get to really enjoy the scenery!
