I know how you feel, I know many of can relate! The best thing to do...is just do it! Take one day, today or tomorrow and do a 1 or 2 mile walk. Then do something the next day and next(or however many times you want to fit in a walk). After a couple of days you will feel so good again and then the eating will fall in place easier too. Let us know how you are doing!
