If you haven't exercised in years, it's time to get going! You lose balance, core strength and overall muscle strength every year if you don't do something about it. Even if you're 50, 60 or 70 you can start to reverse these changes with a few simple moves. Do these three exercises three times a week, and add on other exercises as you get more fit.

I have a friend who does Silver Sneakers and she says they focus much on balance since loss of balance causes so many accidents in seniors.
