Oh, joy! I am the new leader of this board and I know I'm going to love it! I was recently diagnosed with RA and Gout. So far, I'm taking Predisone and Hydrocodone for pain. My pain seems to be worse in the evenings and I think that's because I'm active during the day, all day. Also, my legs, especially, know when the weather is about to change. Some days I want to cry because of the pain and other times I just want to give up. I have RA throughout and in my spine. I can certainly empathize with those of you who are suffering because of arthritis pain! Both my parents were extremely healthy all of their lives - no arthritis, no heart problems, no nothing. I seem to have it all. Anyway, I'm my mother's caregiver now that she has Alzheimers and it's tough taking care of her and of myself. (I do alot of praying!)
If there is anything I can do for any of you, please let me know. I'll try to help or I'll just be here to listen.
See you again soon!
