I'm just curious as to what age do most heart attacks occur. Do people in their 30s have them?

Yes. But the younger you are, the more likely you are to die. My husband was rushed to the hospital with chest pains when he was 28. They were running around super fast for fear of a heart attack. Turns out it was walking pneumonia. But had it been a heart attack, he most likely wouldn't have made it. Just recently a guy that he works with, 25, had one and died. According to this site, it's considered a senior citizen disease as the men are usually 65 when it first happens. (Apparently men are more likely to have one.)

My brother was 32 when he had his first heart attack and he almost didn't live through it. My older sister was 40 with her first heart attack. Heart disease runs in our family so we are all very careful these days and make sure to get regular check ups.

I lost my Mom to a heart attack.
She was the same age I am now 56.
I had mine at 49, I survived...
My daughter is 27 and has had problems with her heart and lungs.
Heart Attacks do happen, that why I advocate for Heart Health.
We always think it wouldn't happen to us, not me...
Education is very important.
