I am about to finish a eight week group dealing with Chronic Pain.
One of the best things I got out of it was the MEP {Moving Easy Program}

I know I need/want to keep moving.
It isn't ALWAYS easy but it is part of my Action Plan...:)...

Hi Lori. I can't believe it. I was finally able to get back on here... LOL  I liked the article about older women and exercise. I know I need to exercise alot more than I do, but it's so easy to find excuses. Right now it is getting hot here in Calif. so I would have to go out by 8 in the morning. I know I really need to start doing that though. Are there any articles on how the heat and/ or humidity affects our hearts? Just had bloodwork with my primary Dr. Everything was fine. Cardiologist recently did an Echo and ECG because I  complained of being a little short of breath walking in the mountains with a friend. They were both ok too. So I guess that means I am just fat and out of shape. LOL  Hope you are doing well.

The best exercise for heart health is cardiovascular or aerobic exercises. Your heart benefits most from aerobic exercise. Join an exercise class, in order to accomplish maximum benefits, you should slowly work up to an aerobic session lasting 20 to 30 minutes, for a minimum of three to four times per week.
