Spring is coming to many of us in the Northern hemisphere. Do you have any suggestions for anyone going through perimenopause or menopause for dealing with 'symptoms' that has helped you? Does walking help 'anxiety' or nerves, etc...

Come on, gals, speak up!!   We know you have all found "something" that has really worked for you when it comes to at least a few of the symptoms you have had to cope with that are peri-menopause related! Share your hard-found wisdom with us please......

I used to try to get out to walk nearly every day and loved the way I would feel afterwards.  Then I messed up my knee and had to give it up for a while.  I am hoping to get back to it this summer. Going for a nice long walk in a quiet place does wonders for me, physicall and emotionally.  We are lucky enough to have some very nice walking paths not from from where I live.

Also, I used to have to deal with some nasty mood swings.  Not pretty!!  But I discovered that if I take a Vittamin B Complex 50 daily I can keep my 'angry' self deep in my pocket!  On days when I know I am going to be dealing with stressful things or people I take additional Vitamin B 8 (Inositol) to keep my stress levels low!

Please know that you are welcome here anytime; to vent (it really can help!); to ask questions; to share experiences; or to just hang out with other gals who understand and care.

Remember, there are NO dumb questions regarding menopause!
