Although my Beloved Mom died of a Heart-Attack, I thought not me...

Mine are taking my medications, diet and exercise.
Another one would be Relaxation, it's very important!...Making that ME time a priority.
Stress can take a toll on your heart.
Reducing or eliminating it (as much as you can) will lead you to a much "Healthier" Heart!
