I found this very interesting...
Being angry can raise our heart rate and our blood pressure but thinking about it (why we are angry) may lower our heart rate and therefore our blood pressure...

I agree that was an interesting being angry can make your blood pressure high and sometimes it lead to bad situation and we really need to avoid it.

That's really interesting. I  guess it makes sense, though.  If you aren't dealing with the issues causing you to be angry and/or stressed, those feelings just build and build. I can totally see how that would have negative effects on your health.
