...lol...I know what you mean, I am sure people get sick of my label-reading but it's for "ME"...
Learning to check the label and make choices based on what is the very best for me.
It is definitely a Lifestyle change and it's hard not easy.
It would be nice to have more support and empathy kwim?

nightangel. she might HAVE been complaining under her breath... I was just kind of shocked at the calorie content is some of the simplest foods. I started to pick one thing, then saw where it had a days worth of calories, So I kept changing my mind... LOL

I use FitDay to track my food, and sometimes I enter an item and am amazed at how many calories and fat grams are in that item!
Yesss and isn't it amazing how many calories are in things that you wouldn't think would be that much... Our waitress came to take our order 3 times, before I was ready to order because I was to busy comparing....LOL
...lol...;) My ds thinks some people are a little to over-zealous when it comes to what "others" are eating!
I forgot to mention that now there is a law that restaurants have to provide the nutritional info for their menu items.
I don't mind seeing the nutritional info on a menu.
