To understand your emotions, you need to relax your body. Take some time to breathe slowly and deeply to help you regain a sense of balance. In addition, try to maintain healthier daily habits. You will feel calmer if you avoid caffeine, get enough sleep, take time to stretch and walk at a leisurely pace.
