I felt similar to you...scared.
Now I definitely feel better heart-wise...doing what I need to do.
At first I was off work and when I first went back tired easily.
It was ALL I could do, walk to work and do my shift, and then walk home.
Eventually we got a public transit system but not long after I LOST my job.
Just glad that you are feeling better.
It takes a little bit of time and patience.
A wake-up call for me, just recently I had a scare I thought my younger sister had ended up in the hospital with a heart attack.
She has been well looked after, her one lung partially collapsed.
I try to walk a little every day but am having some issues with my RA but I do feel better and sleep better having been out even if ONLY for a short walk.

Thanks ever so much.
My sister and I both have Asthma, she thought it was under control, well-managed.
She has been through a lot.
They have put her on different meds which have helped her immensely.
ALL the pain she was experiencing was caused from the extra work her lung was unable to do.
Just so glad she is okay.
They aren't ruling out heart health issues but relieved that she is okay.
Glad your dil has gotten help.
It is a really serious matter.
