Heart Healthy cookbooks

Ok, I guess the time has finally arrived..I need the names of some really good Heart healthy cookbooks. My Cardio says I should stay away from red meat (does that include pork? I forgot to ask him) I've been fixing alot of chicken and fish which DH gets tired of pretty quickly. So I do frequently fix him a steak. It's sometimes hard to enjoy my chicken or fish when he's sitting there with a nice, big, juicy steak.... lol. But I know it's not good for me. Can anyone suggest cookbooks that have easy, tasty recipes for chicken and fish?
