Great news!
I like both the low-fat, low-salt versions.
It really depends on the brand, sometimes you just have to find one that you like.
Have had the natural one in the past but my kids really didn't like it.
My ds doesn't really like peanut butter so I usually buy a smaller jar now and I prefer the one with the salt reduced about fifty percent.

I have always stayed away from peanut butter because of the fat, but recently I've been hearing more and more about the benefits of it.
Thanks Amy!
I already knew about losing weight, she wants me to loose thirty pounds.
Also exercise which is challenging with the Rheumatoid Arthritis and the Psoriasis on my feet.
But I am trying...:)
Hi Lorie,
I found this article on how to raise HDL from the mayo clinic: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/hdl-cholesterol/CL00030
It appears that losing weight, exercising & consuming healthy fats are some of the best and easiest ways of raising your good cholesterol.
Does anyone have ANY ideas on how to raise good cholesterol?
Doing really well lowering the bad...:) but not doing so well raising the good...:(
Just really needing some encouragement, some positive reinforcement...
Feeling really discouraged since my LAST appointment and am looking for some support.
Thanks in advance!

My daughter prefers natural peanut butter. She loves to grind it herself at Whole Foods.
