Eh, I don't think I could do it.  I don't like having a big heavy breakfast so this just doesn't sound good to me at all!  I'm sure my kiddos would love it though!

I am not a fan of dr.oz but the tip doesn't surprise me, Pasta are carbs which convert to energy and what better way to start your day! Italians are known for eating spaghetti with every meal and I believe Europeans, general have healthier diets than our own. But No, I would not eat spaghetti for breakfast. Not even leftovers.

I think ANYTHING solid is good for breakfast, ESPECIALLY spaghetti with sauce. I can't do liquid breakfasts and since I like the spaghetti sauce i make, i am more than happy to have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
