Please keep my Little Sister in your thoughts and prayers.

She went to the hospital by ambulance, they thought she was having a heart attack.

Please don't ignore symptoms.

She is back home not feeling that well but will be going for more tests.

We both LOST our beloved MOM to a heart attack.

It will be twenty years this Christmas.

Don't ignore your body or how you are feeling.

Women do tend to put off taking care of themselves.

You are important, make yourself a priority.

It was just so good to talk to her last night.

We don't live close together so we keep in touch via Facebook and her phone calls to me.

After everything that happened she was worried about me and wanted to hear my voice to make sure I was alright.

An "angel" she is.

She is home from the hospital but has to go for a battery of tests Thursday.

On bedrest right now which is really hard to do, I know.

Her husband was at the hospital with her and her kids are Simply Amazing!

I love them and they are Angels.

She won't be able to work right now and I know how hard that is.

My sister has four kids and they are fabulous.

I know that the oldest two will be a big help to her.

Please keep them in your prayers, I know how hard ALL this was when I had mine on my kids.

Thank-You Carol...

She knew this was serious and she could not drive herself.

My bil was not home at the time and her kids were fantastic.

She felt like maybe she was over-reacting but was told it was a good thing she came.

Today she is having tests done at another hospital and I am just waiting for some news.

Both of us have been there for each other.

As women we tend to look after everybody but neglect ourselves.

Being pro-active when it comes to our health is a good thing.

Ask questions, don't be afraid to stand up for yourself when it comes to your health-care.

The new Nurse Practioner I have asked questions, really listened to me, my concerns.

I feel validated and also genuinely cared for and about.

With other experiences in the past I felt like I was being rushed or poo-pawed kwim?

/if you feel something is wrong or just not right don't ignore your concerns...tell your healthcare provider.

It just might save a Life...your own.

Thanks ever so much Rhonda

She is at the hospital having tests today.

I am on pins and needles trying to keep busy.

Hopefully my bil was able to go with her.
