New here, have lots of questions

It is 1:30am and I cannot sleep because I am concerned about my health.

In trying to make a long story short, I started experiencing extreme fatique this past August.  Thought it was a virus, waited a few weeks, no improvement.  Went to my family dr. and had lots of blood work done.  All came back normal, but found I have high blood pressure, so put on medication.  Time went on, blood pressure increased, could not stay awake during the day, was sent to a few specialists.

Sleep doctor:  no sleep apnea, but that night, I did not hit deep REM sleep.  No explanation, was given prescription for Trazadone.

Thyroid doctor:  lots of blood and urine tests done.  Have minor thyroid problem, I think hypothyroidism.  Again, given prescription for low dose of Synthryoid.  Ultrasound done of thryoid, normal.  However, he said my blood pressure was dangeriously high and if I don't get it under control, I may die within the next 10 years (I am 38).  Increase bp medication, starts with a L, sorry can't think right now, to 40mg.  Is that a high dose?  La are the first two letter of the drug I think.

So, here I am.  Oh, was also diagnosed 2 years ago with ashma.  These symptoms I mentioned have slowly occured and don't seem to be better and I have no answers.  I also had a chest examine done last summer when i was sick and a EKG at the ER, both normal.

My question is:  anyone have any idea where to go from here?  They gave me NUVIGIL to keep me awake during the day, but did not find a medical condition after seeing all these doctors.

Does anyone know:  wouldn't lots of blood and urine test show if something is wrong?

Someone told me to look into having a heart ultrasound done because it is different from a EKG and maybe there is something wrong with my heart causing the fatigue and high blood pressure?

Sigh, I have no idea.  I know we are not doctors, just wanted some thoughts or opinions.  Anyone ever have a heart ultrasound and they found something that was not found in EKG or blood work?

Thanks for taking the time to read.  I appreciate any ideas.

P.S.  Hello there miss CL,  I always wondered what board you ran.  How are you?  How is your daughter?

Sorry, I accidentally sent this off before typing my reply.
I am glad you are going to see the Cardiologist.
Stress plays a big factor. So does inflamation.
Medications can also affect your bp.
They may have to adjust what you are taking or the dosage.
If you have any concerns though do not hesitate to go to the ER.
It saved my Life.
Was wondering how you are and how you are doing?
Thanks to everybody for chiming in.
