Physical resutls... yeaaahhhh

Hi Lori.  Wanted to update you. Had my yearly physical on Monday. All lab work came back fine. total cholestrol is 164, bp was 107 / 70. Don't remember all the other #'s although LDL was good as well as HDL. Best report i've had in a long time.            Have to work on losing weight though. Not Dr's orders, but my own. That is the hard part for me.   I also got the shot for Shingles.  Arm is now red, swollen at the site, and warm to the touch. Dr says that is a normal reaction as that is a strong vaccine. Glad I don't have to get it again for 10 years...lol.
