Going for a Physical today...
A wee bit "Anxious"...another new NP...
Do you get a Physical?
How often?
I get them usually once a year now...
This is my third NP...
Last year I had to go to an OB/GYN...they found something...I had surgery it was removed and everything was okay...
I am a little nervous but it's to be expected.
I wish my appointment was earlier but I have to wait until the afternoon...
Just cannot wait until it's over...

I visit my GP and OB/GYN once a year for check ups. I'd rather nip it in the bud if I am developing some sort of long term health issue. However, so far so good. I did have a scare when my OB/GYN found something during a breast exam but it turned out to be nothing, thank God.

So glad everything turned out well for you...
I had a scare last year had surgery to remove something they found during my pap...it was agonizing waiting for the results, it turned out okay...
I have to go for a mamogram and do another test (at home) for colon cancer.
Being pro-active is a very good thing.
It could save your Life!
