I never really used it a lot but it was hard at first realising I needed/wanted to cut back or cut it out.
It can be gradual but at first just try not to reach for the salt shaker.
Substitute pepper maybe.
I check the llabels.
Some of our food contains a lot of sodium.
If you can't totally eliminate it try reducing the amount.
It has gooten easier.
Does anyone have ideas about what we can substitute for flavour.
Lemon, maybe herbs...etc.
I chose not to use a salt substitute because of the taste and the cost.
I might sprinkle a little pepper.
