I know Heinz makes it's tomatoe juice in low salt or no salt and their original version.
I know that many condiments, sauces and gravy contain added sodium...not good.
Another alternative is to use less but I know that is hard.
If I find out I will let you know.

Here's a good discussion on our sister forum GardenWeb which talks about using herbs to "perk up" low salt or no salt. It's nit a substitute but it does relieve the blandness...
