Sometimes it's hard saying no but sometimes we have to.
Not too bad, I got to see my dd...:)...
I talked to my Dad yesterday, it was his birthday...
My sister and I are finding it hard him living so far away and he is getting older.
His health is deteriorating...:(
It's really sad and we both feel really helpless.
Please call your doctor and get checked out my friend, you are so worth it.
Even just for your own piece of mind.
I have had some blood-work done and also have a physical booked for March and have found a Rheumatologist that is taking on new patients...:)
We have to be pro-active and take care of ourselves Rhonda.
Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.
I am learning to do that myself...;)...
