Laughing Got all my test results back last week. Dr said everything looks good. Minimal blockage in the arteries, but some minor structural changes. Nothing to worry about. I asked what I could do to lessen the blockage, she said exercise and really watch my diet. No red meat, cheese, fatty foods... in other words... stay away from the tasty stuff...LOL   Have got plenty of exercise the past 2 days. My daugher in law, Grand daughter and I all walked in our local Christmas parade Saturday with riders from our stables. I'm not certain but I think the whole thing was about 4 miles. Took granddaughter out to our favorite park today and hiked some more... Man am I tired....LOL

Hi Free,

I am fifty-four and had my heart attack at 49...:(...

Doing pretty good ALL things considered.

Lost my Beloved Mom to a heart attack.

I am on medication and trying to eat right, and exercise and it's not easy!

Hi I am 57. I was always the slender one in our family. That has changed over the years though. It is so hard to lose as I get older.  I had the holter moniter, echocardiogram, ultrasound on my legs and the nuclear treadmill stress test.. All of my blood work was good last time I had it done. I also take CoQ 10, fish oil and vit D.  I am on blood pressure and cholestrol meds and would love to get off of all of  them....
