Animals are sensitive to our energy, for sure. :) My Mika likes to get close when I do my T'ai Chi Chih practice. As close as possible without getting stepped on. Wants to soak up some of that chi I'm circulating, LOL! My previous dog did the same thing... :D
Reducing my stress definitely.
Lately I have found myself being a little more active has helped and I sleep so much better to.
I just finished a six week program aimed at self-management.
It was great!
Right now dealing with Depression so I finally decided to seek help and am on medication for it.
Cutting myself some slack to and taking the time to relax and do the things I want to do rather than the ones I need to do.

I love to read.
The program I just finished touched on other ways to reduce pain, fatigue and stress/anxiety.
We learned about breathing techniques and meditation, guided imagery etc.
My two cats seem to know me very well.
When I am not feeling so well they tend to cuddle.

I just think my two cats know intuitively that I am not feeling too well some days.
It's cute.
My Mother cat thinks my bed is "Hers"...lol...;)
I get to share it with her.
