Oh my, guess these are going on my baking list.
Having trouble posting again....can't go back and correct mistakes, but the receipe is correct.....TJ
These aren't exactly cookies, but they're quick, easy and look like you really worked hard.
mini pecan tartlets
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 Tblsp. dark or light corn syrup.,,.honey will also work
2 tblsp melted butter
1 egg
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
30 frozen mini filo shells....look for them in the frozen dessert section of grocery stores
The cinnamon roll sounds good. I think I'll try it!

If mom was making these she could get us kids to do anything we would even try and steal them......they are so good....no baking....I loved them with super chunk peanut butter......Del liked them with creamy......

No-bake Thin Mints
1 or 2 packages of chocolate mint melts.
