I do think that most of us who are at 60 or a bit older have come to the realization that a list of resolutions serves only to provide us with a bit of a laugh come the Fourth of July!!!
The most we can aim for is to improve ourselves in some way: learn something new, eat healthier, exercise our bodies a bit more, and keep our other habits 'in line'!
I think if we do this we can at least look back come mid-year and give ourselves a bit of an "atta girl"!
