HAving passed middle age, I still don't know for sure. I think you just fall into it at some point adn then, if you are smart, you grab on and hold on to it for dear life!

Well I'm in my 40's. That might be middle aged for me! LOL I decided when I turned 40 that I wasn't going to wait for the right moment to do things. I used to say things like, well I'll get my personal training certificate when I have more money, or I'll start dating when I lose 5 more pounds, or I'm going to wait until I have someone to go to events with. I think part of living your best life is having faith in yourself!

oh; yes that is so true.. and for the last few years I believe I have been living the best way I can.

Its just lately as I feel aging process I feel like if I dont meet someone or anything changes for me I am trying to see if their are any other alternatives out there that I would like.. I also doubt I am going to have grandchlildren so that is out also. I dont like animals so that is out..

I cant do much due to finances but if I could I would be traveling and all.. So I am thinking along the lines of Golden girl type thing or moving to another state or just maybe living in country and just living a very simple and boring life.

thank you

I am 73 and a few years ago I felt as though the opportunity for "a best life" had passed me by.

Hi;

that sounds great and . I do alot at the library as they have free movie days and lots going on there too.

I guess like you said a Best Life is what you make for yourself.. I also think for me its getting back to things I loved like holistic health and music as those are things I put aside for awhile...oh; I also love history and I should pick an era that seems interesting and work on that.. Then go and visit some historical sites..

Its fun just getting ideas and figuring things out..

thank you so much
