Do you respond well to challenges? Do you like to compete?

Are you quick to accept a dare?

What challenges and dare were helpful to you?

I prefer to challenge myself against what I've done previously. I am not someone to accept dares, etc.

Do you respond well to challenges? It really depends on what they are. I like challenges at work and I like to set goals for myself, but challenges between me and another person(s) aren't my cup of tea.

Do you like to compete? Not at all! I am probably the least competitive person you would ever meet. :)

Are you quick to accept a dare? Nope

What challenges and dare were helpful to you? When I went through my divorce, that was certainly a huge challenge, and it required me to take a big risk because I initiated it. Exercising is always a challenge, and it has many advantages.

I tend to react negatively to dares and back away completely.

But if there is a challenge I set for myself, that's a different thing...

Do you respond well to challenges? ...At the time I had little hinting challenges about my weight and if I did exercises. They came from my doctor . My other ones were from my family about not eating so much sweets , etc because of diabetes and cholesterol.

I am a big challenge taker. I'm very competitive and telling me "no" might make me sad but it doesn't mean that I'll get into a funk.

About 5 years ago I took on a challenge for my daughter's school. They needed a coordinator to solicit for prizes for our annual raffle. Every year I challenge myself to get more and better prizes from restaurants, companies, and stores.

Do you often challenge yourself, Amy?

I am learning to keep my mouth shut when dares are being thrown about. Though maybe someone should dare me to lose two dress sizes hee hee...

Ting, going through a divorce and building a new life after that are certainly one of life's biggest challenges. You've done very well!

Is there an exercise that you find less challenging or that you enjoy more?

Have you challenged yourself lately, Carol?

What kind of dares have you accepted in the past, Molly?
