If you were to have time/money to take a college class right now, what subject would you take? Why?

Mandarin Chiinese. Why? becasue I took a three-month course when we lived in Beijing and would have taken the next class if we hadn't been transferred. Sadly I have forgotten nearly all I learned! Besides, maye I could manage the tones if I took a formal class...

Conversational Spanish. I studied the language in K-12 and was ok at it, but really wanted to get better. I knew that knowing a second language would help me in the working world and when I entered college I hoped to keep studying and become fluent. The problem was the way the language classes were set up you had to commit at least 10 hours a week and with all of the other courses I had to take and working I couldn't do it. Classes with more reasonable time commitments that were held at community centers/learning exchanges were way to expensive so I just gave up. *sigh* I can't wait for the day that I am able to study the language again.

Probably geology. I've always wanted to be a geologist. I have rocks from almost every state. Plus I love how you can tell so much of the planet's history from the various layers and different kinds of stone.

Something in Nutrition I think! Just because I feel like it's an area that I could use that information on a daily basis.
