Do you need to simplify or do you need to do more?

I just received a newsletter with "How to simplify your life" as one of the article titles (or something like that.) A few weeks ago another newsletter offered to help one get more things done in a day!

Are you needing to simplify your life by prioritizing and cutting back on your activities, or are you looking to be more eifficient with your time so that you can get more things done?

Bonus questions:
Are you comfortable when you need to spend time with yourself and by yourself?

For me, prioritizing and keeping organized are works in progress. My mind wanders a lot, but I can also get very much involved with one thing to the detriment of everything else.

That's great that you are becoming more at ease with yourself and your limitations, Donna. That's not an easy thing to do. Enjoy your time with yourself and with the puppies!

I know exactly what you mean when you write that social situations wear you out - it's often like that for me, too.

Online I am much, much more patient than I am IRL!

I am glad that you are liking yourself more, Amy, because I think that you are a very nice and good person. The people who know you IRL are very lucky indeed.

LOL We do have a lot in common! I am much more outgoing online. I've become a lot more outgoing and social IRL, but some social situations and other events really wear me out, especially if I don't know the people well. As long as I have time alone to re-energize, I'm ok. It's a balancing act.

I think so too, Poppy. There was a time in my life (most of my life actually) when I didn't like being alone at all. I've learned to like myself more and l no longer feel lonely when it's just me around. :)

Ting, sometimes I think that you are my long-lost twin heh heh... I need to be more efficient with my time, too.

On the boards you don't come across as an introvert at all.

Hi Amy,

I can relate to how you feel. It's really nice to know that we've accomplished what we set out to do, and to know that our day has been lived fully.

I am glad that you are now comfortable with and by yourself. That's something to be proud of :-)

Molly, it's nice when one can work at one's own pace.

Carol, I know exactly what you mean! When there's someone waiting for things that I've worked on, I am incredibly more efficient with my time management and work speed...
