I can take or leave asparagus. I've never made it myself, but my cousin made some a couple of weeks ago when I was at her house. She sprinkled it with olive oil and sea salt and roasted it in the oven. It was really good.
I love asparagus but haven't had any yet this season. I like steaming it, and then putting soy sauce and sesame oil drizzled over it and eating it cold.
The most recent issue of Eating Well had some good looking recipes for asparagus that I'd like to try too!
Been getting fresh asparagus for awhile now but it's still pretty pricey. When I do get it, I roast it in the oven with some olive oil and parmesan cheese.
