For strictly ethical reasons, I have become disgusted with meat from the meat industry.

Maybe your iron coud be a better grade. There is a company called pure. A doc here (that is too busy to see new people ) uses this product. He trained at the linus pauling institute. Do you exercise, that helps HDL. Fiber I guess.

I've found by experience that exercise seems to be the only thing that works for both my husband and I to bring up the HDL numbers.
