This just seems like it is completely against everything that "experts" have been suggesting for years. I'm not convinced this would work at all and would love to hear from real people who have tried it out. I'm finally getting the scale to move in the right direction so I am too afraid to try anything new.

It hasn't worked for me. I've regained everything I lost. To me this plan encourages binge eating.

So you tried it and gained weight? That is what I am afraid of when trying new things. It does seem to me like this plan encourages binge eating rather than healthy choices and control.
