lol My mother has a way of cooking them in orange juice and brown sugar and piling marshmallows on top and they are sooooooooo tasty that way.

Keeping in mind that most marshmallows contain gelatin, and gelatin is derived from the collagen found inside animals' skin and bones. Definately not good for

The first time I read how a lot of Americans prepare sweet potatoes with syrup or marshmallows I had to call an American friend to confirm that these were real recipes...

As long as syrup or marshmallows are not part of the ingredients, I'll happily eat any vegetable dish. The more vegetables the merrier.
