What did you do this weekend? I didn't get to everything I wanted to this weekend, but I made a good dent.

Jan, it does sound as if you had a good weekend.
We had a good weekend, here. Dh had a whole bunch of United Air miles, from when he traveled. He used them to upgrade to business or first class, but since he's not traveling anymore, they were just sitting there. He decided to use them for other things listed in their catalog. His new digital camera arrived last week, and since it was a lovely weekend, we went out to play with it, trying it's features, etc. We drove to some lovely local parks, and while he wandered around, I walked a bit and sat a bit. Good Morning Mayra!
Good Morning! On Saturday, I renewed a book from the library that I had checked out 2 weeks prior and never read. This time I was determined to read it, and started it Saturday and finished it Sunday. Once I got into it, I couldn't put it down - I thought it was very good and will now look for another book to read by this same author. The book was Susannah's Garden, by Debbie Macomber.
Tonight my son has a soccer game, but I think one of his friend's is going to drive him there, as the friend is on the same team as my son. It is interesting that my son has yet to show an interest in getting a driver's license, but then it also does mean that I do not have to buy him a car quite yet! :smileyhappy: Also, I have to call the specialist today
