We've been having a cold snap so I've been drinking tons of hot tea and layering sweaters while at work, I'm always cold.

..."old lady cream"...;)...lol...

I remember my Mom using ALL kinds of different things.

Never thought of her as an old lady...I am her age now...she died many years ago...:(...

Today it is +7 here and sunny for the most part.

Our weather has been ALL over the place actually.

In pain though again today.

Most days I am but it is probably because of a flare.

My hands are sore to today and it makes it somewhat harder to type or even write.

:(

It's been playing havoc with my arthritis too.

Today at work I was putting on my "old lady" cream my one knee felt so bad.

Layering works for me...

Cold here and we have had snow.

Nothing really major though but the wind and wind chill...brrr...

As long as my feet and hands are warm I am good.

Unfortunately not too much fun with the RA (Rheumatord Arthritis)...

Today I am hurting.

Karen, have you ever tried Cuddl Duds? The have their 'warm wear'... Very thin and can be worn under your clothes. A few rears ago, Walmart had their own version and I picked some up to wear to a hs football team and was glad I did! Kohls have them too...
