Do you make New Year's resolutions?
How was your Holidays?
I don't really make Resolutions but I did make a promise to myself to take better care of me...;)...
Christmas was pretty quiet just me and ds.
Although I did get to see my dd...:)...
Looking forward to New Beginnings!
Did you make ANY?
How was your Christmas?
It is so hard to believe it's over and it's the New Year 2013.
No, I don't make resolutions. I too need to get back to being serious... I was walking 10,000 steps a day and my heel started hurting and I had to back off.. then I had to back off even more, and when I didn't feel well in October, and just sat, I noticed an improvement in my foot. SO, I have not walked much, stopped logging my food, and now, I'm afraid to get on the scales because I wanted to lose and weigh what my license says when I have to renew it this year on my birthday. It probably is no longer doable.. but must get serious on trying!!!
I know, seems odd to be 2013 and January once again.... Hope this is a good year for you!!!
I am trying to take better care of me so walking, although it's been hard I walked today...:)...

1. Quit smoking.
2. Avoid second-hand smoke.
3. Know your numbers.
4. Process out processed foods.
5. Get moving.
6. Get your friends and family on board.
7. Spread awareness. It still comes as a surprise to many people when they learn that heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women. It’s up to all of us to inform our circles of the risks and the actions a person can take to minimize those risks. What seems like a simple conversation could save someone’s life.
