I have an Android phone which is perferct since I use google for just about everything....so I use my google calendar and also use Evernote
Well, I guess there are only 2 ways, lol, paper or electronic. And I use a paper appointment book to keep track of (obviously) appointments and other places to be. I also use

I'm not tach savy, what's an adroid phone?
My cell phone is my telephone book.
I have calendars everywhere right now.
android is the operating system the phone runs, it happens to be owned by google so everything syncs perfectly for me.
Right now I mostly use a white board on the fridge to write appointments, notes from calls etc.. When my dd was still in school, I would go online to print off a monthly calendar and then I filled it in with things for school, extracuricular etc.
