In order to do such a thing he obviously must have some sort of authority bestowed upon him. In a very odd way the whole WI thing reminds me of what happened in the state I grew up in many years ago when bussing (desegregation) was forced upon us. Like many others I lived about a 10 minute walk to my local school but instead was forced to jump on a bus at 5:30 AM to be shipped clear across town. There were strikes and riots and the national guard got involved. Didn't matter what any of us really wanted-it was decided that the decision someone made was the best for all of us and we had to live with it.
