Hello Everyone! My name is Sheryl and I hope to get to know everyone here. I am 52 years old, in my second marriage of 10 years and I live in Michigan! I work at a childcare center as a preschool teacher which I love very much! I have 2 children who both live out of state. :(

I am Lori, I live in BC Canada, married, 3 daughters...2 which are married and each have given me a grandchild, my oldest grand is a girl who is 7 and my youngest is a boy who is 3 months. we are now empty nesters, which is a big adjustmkent for us, our youngest daughter graduated and moved to the city this year.
I work in a library and it is my dream job... even though it is only part time.
Glad you joined the group! I am sure you will fit in very well!

All three of my grandsons like in the midwest and I live in AZ so don't get to see them but about three times a year. I was a dental assistant before my kids were born. My children are 33 and 35 so that was a long time ago LOL I was a stay at home Mom once I had them. Extra time???? I wonder how I ever had time to work before LOL. I love being retired. I was not happy when Dh retired for a while. It took some getting used to having him home all the time. Now we have fun together and we are way busier now than when we were working. HUGS Mary
They are already missing dd's wood working at the County level!
Cheryl my kids did 4-H for years and loved it. My youngest never got involved (I think you know she has learning and other issues) but it certainly was fun for all of us. My kids actually won several state blue ribbons over the years for their woodworking. LOL

Hi Sheryl and welcome. I'm Karla (46), wife of 25 years and mom to 4 (son 24, son 19, daughter 17, and daughter 11) and soon to be grandma to one baby girl next April. I also have 4 beautiful cats. I work at home and while i don't get to post here often, I do check in daily to see what's happening. :)
