I also find this age (42) a hard age to 'fit in'. I don't feel old ... although my kids (21 &17) tell me I'm too old to wear American Eagle clothes...so I guess I am. I had my kids young, so most people I meet with children the same age as mine are quite a bit older than me. I like to be in the company of younger people because in my heart, I still feel so young but really don't feel like we have a connection. I'm in the same boat as you with the gray hair, and exercise results too, not to mention creaking knees! Personally, I am looking for change in my life. This month, I registered for school to start a Masters program and am also looking into getting a bike to start cycling. How about you?
