Yes, snow is in the forecast, but my daffodils are already popping up. They're in a raised bed against the brick of the front of my house, so that's always among the first places that show signs of new life. I need to see some color and life after this dreary, miserable weather.

We got 10" of snow on Monday and it's currently 5 degrees.
Ewwwww. lake effect! That's why I don't go there to do genealogy research or visit cousins until June or July. By then, the snow is usually gone.
