I saw that on the news, the other day. Amazing that people can be so distracted! Sue the mall for what? It was her own stupidity. Good grief, and people think they can text and make calls while driving. Has the world gone crazy?

Glad you posted the info. to view otherwise I would have a different take on the incident. I see why now she's upset as well as has owned up to taking the responsibility to her actions. No one likes to fall and then to have it blasted across the net.
