She WORKS at the mall.
How many times has she been in mall .... does she not know that the fountain is there???? How stupid can you be?
And now it seems the woman is in deep trouble with the law.
I saw that on the news, the other day. Amazing that people can be so distracted! Sue the mall for what? It was her own stupidity. Good grief, and people think they can text and make calls while driving. Has the world gone crazy?

LOL Amelia, my dh says they would NOT want him on the jury should it go to trial!!!
