Today started out stormy..........

It was a gloomy day here, with the sun popping out every now and then. Big thunderstorms right now, but we so need the rain. Fall is sure here, the trees, after their lovely color show, are now mostly bare.

I miss chili and corn bread. That's some great fall food. Of all the ingredients, dh can only have the corn meal, so that would be a very limited dinner. Because of his long list of 'forbidden' foods, I don't bake anymore, so I'll occasionally buy a muffin as a treat.
