Ok. I will admit it - I am lucky to get anywhere from 20 to 40 oz. of water per day. So you will see that I am not doing that well, either. :smileysad:

Most days I'm at or very close to finishing the pitcher I fill up every morning. I also carry a water bottle with me when I go out, and have really tried to drink as much as possible. One thing I found out was if the leg cramps wake me up, drink! It stops them like magic. It works even better than a banana, which was what I used in the past. Of course, I do end up waking up a few more times, but it's worth it to not have the cramps.

I started a new med today that's supposed to help me get rid of the uric acid that's causing

Thanks for the link. That looks like a good one. I have 2 different models of Walking Advantage by Sportline. Maybe if I read the instruction books I could use

On the Omron, you can set your stride, your weight too.
