White hair

I'm a male age 38. Recently i am started to get one or two white hairs. I do not want this white hair to increase further. What shall i do to maintain my black hairs? Please help.

I agree, dye them or embrace them. And my husband would also say be happy you 'have' hair whatever color.
lol Seriously though, Not knowing you, or your hair, Men esepcially, look very 'distinguished' with a few gray hairs. If you are lucky enough to have a 'streak'......
As my husband would say, "Be happy to have the white hairs. It's better than being bald." LOL Seriously though, dying your hair is the only option. Just be careful. I've dyed mine before and "fried" it. It took me about 6 months to get it back into shape.

I'd say you're ahead of the game if you're only recently seeing one or two white hairs at 38. I'll be 35 in another week and a ½ and have quite a few greys/whites I'm trying to cover more and more.

I think that is the million dollar question. If anyone ever figures out how to keep from aging then they may become very rich selling the formula to the rest of us.
I'd say your only options are to stop aging or get hair dye. The hair dye seems to be the easiest solution in my opinion.
