What most people are trying to get changed is to make it a felony NOT to report a missing child within 48 hours. It was 31 DAYS before Caylee was reported missing by her grandmother.

I still can't imagine not reporting something like that after an hour of searching for the child.

    I thought most states had laws about reporting dead bodies but I could be wrong.

    If he presents this as a law and is not called on this I would be rather leery about what else Is being introduced and passed into law in that State.

    Federal, State and Local problems and he introduces harsher laws
